·  Which data are needed for registration?

The following data are needed for registration:

  • a username (could be fictional)
  • your Email-Address (must be a real one, otherwise you won't receive any Information or Downloads)
  • Confirmation from you that you accept our Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy and that you understand your own responsibility for the results using our service.
  • a pasword.
  • your Industryname
  • your Countryname
That's it. Only when you are going to subscribe to our services, the payment will follow.

·  Would I regular receive information about news from abenetis?

Yes, when you are subscribed to our Newsletter. The Newsletter is free of charge. However, to receive it, you must be registrated. Our Newsletter contains no advertisements.

·  Could I cancel my subscription to your Newsletter?

Yes. Just login to your account and change your information. Select "No" at the Newsletter-Radio-Buttons. Save the changes. Finished.

·  Colud I delete my user account?

No. At the moment this is not possible to be done by your own, but you could send a message to customer-service@abenetis.com that we should delete your account.

·  Is the abenetis Website optimized for a specific Web-Browser?

No. We test our website on different Browser and Operating Systems to ensure that all of our visitors and users are getting the best results.

Recently we observed that some IE (Internet Explorer) and Opera Browser don't accept a cookie, which is needed to login at the abenetis website. Firefox and Konqueror are working well with our site.

Furthermore, older IE's may have problems to download files. You may try to view them and save them from the screen. It might also be, that files could be downloaded, but could not be viewed. Please try one of the solutions.

We are working on a solution for above reasons of inconvenience.
